Planning an owambe? A birthday? A reunion?

Plan the day. Keep your people.

Create the wedding, the birthday or the reunion in Everi-Circle and a private circle of your people comes with it — the aso-ebi money tracked, the tasks claimed, every guest on one page. Share one link on WhatsApp and everyone's in. And when the day is done, the circle stays.

How it works

Create the event. The circle comes with it.

1

Pick your event

Wedding, birthday, harvest, reunion — choose it and the money, lists and schedule set themselves up for that kind of day. The circle is created for you. No setup, no “make a group first”.

2

Share one link

Drop it in the WhatsApp group or print the QR on the table card. Guests land on your event — the date, the plan — and join in one tap.

3

The circle stays

After the party, the photos, the memories and the people are still there. The event ends — your circle doesn't. Plan the next thing in the same space.

No event on the calendar? You can also start with just your people — a circle for the family or the crew is yours from day one.

Money

Who paid? Now everybody knows.

Aso-ebi, contributions, pledges. The whole circle sees who paid and what's left — reminders go out on their own. Paystack and Flutterwave in Nigeria, Stripe in the US.

Lists & Schedule

The plan lives in the circle, not in someone's head.

Tasks people can claim. Tables, times, and RSVPs everyone can see. No more Sunday-evening reminder calls.

Moments — the heart of the app

One day. Every phone. One story.

Half the wedding lives on other people's phones and you never see it. Moments fixes that: on the day, everyone in the circle drops what they capture into one shared timeline — and it becomes the story of the day, told by everyone who was there.

  • What goes in: photos, 1-minute videos, 15-second voice notes, short text cards.
  • Who sees it: the circle. Only ever the circle.
  • What happens after: nothing disappears — the whole day archives itself into the circle's Memories.
After the event

The event ends. The circle doesn't.

Most event tools die the day after the wedding — the group chat goes quiet, the spreadsheet is abandoned, the photos scatter across phones. Everi-Circle is built the other way round: your event happens inside a circle of your people, and when the day is done, everything stays with them. The photos, the ledger, the memories, the group itself. Not the whole world. Just yours.

Everywhere else
  • Post to 2,000 followers so 30 friends can see it.
  • Scroll 500 messages to find “did Tunde pay?”
  • The task list lives in someone's head. The spreadsheet is never updated.
In your circle
  • One feed per circle — family, crew, wedding party — side by side in one app.
  • Who paid, what's left, who's bringing what — visible to everyone, without asking.
  • The circle stays after the event. The photos, the people, the memory.
The private feed

Post for 30 people, not 3,000.

Every circle keeps a feed of its own — the family, the crew, the wedding party, side by side. Every photo goes to the people it belongs to and nobody else. No followers, no algorithm, no strangers.

Events live inside your circles

Whatever life brings, the circle is ready.

Private by default

Invite-only circles. Nothing is public, ever. Messages are end-to-end encrypted.

Works offline

Post and claim without signal; it syncs when you're back. Built for Lagos data.

We never hold your money

Payments run through Paystack, Flutterwave and Stripe. Everi-Circle only keeps the record.

Everi-Circle vs the group chat

The same wedding, two ways.

Nothing against the group chat — your invites travel on WhatsApp anyway. But run the money, the tasks and the photos through a 200-person chat, and this happens:

Your event in the group chat
Abeg who has paid for aso-ebi? 🙏
Pls scroll up for the account number
Which account? There are two 😭
+ 2,347 messages

Somewhere in there: the budget, the guest list, who paid.
