How can we help?

We're in beta — the app works and real circles are using it, and we're letting people in gradually while we polish. iPhone testers join through TestFlight, Android testers through the Google Play testing programme (both linked from the home page). It's free during the beta, and your circles and their content carry over to the full release.

Tap the link on your phone. If Everi-Circle is installed it opens straight to the circle; if not, you'll see the store buttons and your invite code. Install the app, then open it → Join a circle → enter the code.

Invite codes expire after a while and can be turned off by the circle's admin. Ask whoever invited you to share a fresh link from the circle's Invite screen.

No. Everi-Circle never holds funds. When you pay a contribution, you're taken to a licensed payment provider — Paystack or Flutterwave in Nigeria, Stripe in the US — and the circle's ledger records the result. Refunds and disputes go through that provider.

Only members of that circle. Nothing on Everi-Circle is public, there is no search for people or circles, and direct messages are end-to-end encrypted.

Check that notifications are allowed for Everi-Circle in your phone's settings, and that the circle isn't muted (circle → settings → notifications). On some Android phones, battery-saver settings also need to allow the app to run in the background.

In the app: Profile → Settings → Delete account. You can also request deletion from the web at evericircle.com/delete-account. Deletion is permanent and removes your posts, contributions record and profile within 30 days.
